The website is hosted by hosting.com, operated by A2 Hosting LLC, which, with respect to processing carried out on behalf of ComPart Multimedia, acts as a Data Processor pursuant to Article 28 GDPR, to the extent necessary to provide the technical services.

Where the provision of these services involves transfers of personal data to the United States, hosting.com states that it participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Any international transfers are carried out in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR and the applicable safeguards.

5. Third-Party Services and Content

Google AdSense

ItalyGuides.it uses Google AdSense to display advertising content. As part of this service, cookies, identifiers, local storage systems, and other technologies may be used for advertising and measurement purposes.
