Informations about the tour

Our 3 hours tours are limited to 6 and a minimum of 2 clients with 1 guide so we guarantee an intimate and unique experience.

Discover what it's like to be a celebrity as everyone, and we mean everyone, turns to watch you glide by!

Our tour starts with a 30-minute orientation session at our premises. Once you feel comfortable riding the Segway we will start our journey to the conquest of Florence.

The Segway is appropriate for virtually anyone 16 and older. Riders must have the ability to make motions such as climbing and descending stairs without assistance. The Segway is not appropriate for those weighing under 100 pounds (45 kilos) or over 250 pounds (113 kilos).

Rates

1) Personal guide tour: € 90 per person

All of our guides are professionals majored in Art, History and Languages so we guarantee they will delight you with their never-ending knowledge and brilliant anecdotes. We will provide you with a set of headphones so you can comfortably listen to your guide.

2) Audio guide tour with tour leader: € 75 per person

Their available even for those who would like to hear a recorded explanation but will be accompanied by a person from our staff.

Bike Tour from ItalyGuides.it is provided by Italy Segway Tours. An up front payment is required. Contact us if you have any questions, or fill in the form below to make your reservation. We recommend that you reserve at least 3 days before your desired tour date to ensure availability. All mayor credit cards are accepted.

Your booking will be accepted after payment is confirmed by Banca Sella (your invoice will show xxxxxxxxx). After payment is received, we'll send out an email confirmation showing the date, hour and the category your Segway tour belongs to.

For additional info, please contact us. To be sure of availabilities, we suggest you make your booking at least 3 days before the scheduled date for the tour you choose.

Refund Policy

Payment is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled 3 days (72 hours) or more prior to the scheduled tour. The payment will not be refunded for any other reason (i.e. weather, change of travel plans, illness, missed train…..) within 72 hours of the scheduled tour.
